Tottenham Set to Sign Santos Teenager Souza
Santos left-back Souza will undergo a medical at Tottenham Hotspur today to finalize his transfer to North London.
The defender has arrived in England for a medical check before finalizing a €15m transfer to the Premier League.
The 19-year-old gained attention during the 2025 Campeonato Brasileiro Série A season, despite a challenging year for Santos.
He made 29 appearances across all competitions, scoring once. He ranked in the top 10% of full-backs in the league for successful take-ons, fouls drawn, and carries into the penalty area. Souza has represented Brazil up to the U-20 level.
Souza will fly to England on Monday to complete his €15m move to Spurs. A five-year contract has been agreed.✈️

Thomas Frank plans to add the teenager to strengthen the left-back position, competing with Destiny Udogie and Djed Spence. A five-year deal has been reached, and an official announcement is anticipated early this week.
