New Developments in Raúl Asensio’s Alleged Distribution of Intimate Content Case

Real Madrid midfielder Raúl Asensio is under investigation for allegedly sharing intimate content. Investigators have reportedly gathered significant evidence regarding the case.

Details: According to Cadena Cope, the older of the two girls involved, who was 18 at the time, has retracted her accusations and accepted Asensio’s apology. Consequently, the prosecutor is not pursuing charges of distributing child pornography but is seeking a 2.5-year prison sentence for sharing intimate content without consent.

In contrast, the younger victim, who was 16 at the time, continues to press charges and is asking for a four-year prison sentence for the Real Madrid midfielder. Despite this, investigators maintain that Asensio is still linked to the case.

Six days after the incident, Asensio was with a friend who requested to see the video. Asensio reached out to Rodríguez, who sent him the recording, which Asensio then showed to his friend, fully aware that one of the girls was a minor.
