On The Overlap podcast, Neville expressed his dissatisfaction with the duration of the inquiry, highlighting that other clubs have faced swifter consequences for similar issues.

After hearings concluded in December 2024, an independent commission, appointed by the Football Association, is continuing to review the extensive evidence collected during the proceedings.

This investigation spans a significant period, covering records from 2009 to 2018. The tribunal included a substantial volume of evidence, consisting of approximately 500,000 documents and materials presented by the involved parties.
