The final round of African qualifiers for the 2026 U20 Women’s World Cup in Poland is set to kick off, with players announced for the crucial matches against Benin. A total of 23 players have been called up to represent their nation in this pivotal double-header.
The first leg of the qualifier will take place on Saturday, 2 May, at the Stade Alassane Ouattara in Ebimpe, Abidjan. Following this, the second leg is scheduled for a few days later in Lome, Togo.
The winner of this two-match series will secure a spot at the U20 Women’s World Cup, which is to be held later this year in Poland.
