Cameroon’s U17 football team is preparing for the upcoming African Nations Cup in their age group, following a recent friendly match.
On Saturday, May 9, the team bounced back from a previous setback with a solid performance against Mozambique, securing a 3-1 victory. Goals were scored by Tsombeng, Abdourrahmane, and Stanley, providing an encouraging outcome for head coach Saidou Alioum and his staff.
This match marked the final friendly for the U17 Lions before they begin their campaign in the U17 Africa Cup of Nations, scheduled to take place from May 13 to June 2 in Morocco. Cameroon’s first match in the tournament will be against Ivory Coast.
